About
My thesis is on how certain concepts, often labelled as contested concepts/interpretive concepts/thick evaluative concepts, figure in adjudication. My interests lie in the areas of the nature of constitutional adjudication, the nature of values, the relationship between practices and normativity , human rights theory, federalism, and identity politics.
I previously taught Jurisprudence at the National University of Juridical Sciences, India and practiced law in the Supreme Court of India.
