CURRENT WORK
Currently working as an ethnographic research intern at Intel, within the Digital Health Group [part of Product Research & Innovation Europe (PRIe)], where I am concerned with global ageing and the anthropology of media, design, proprioception, and presence. As part of my role at Intel, also providing social science assistance to the TRIL (Technology Research for Independent Living) Centre’s social connection, ethnographic, and cognitive research strands.
ALSO
Currently running a study on the shifting landscape of magazines, which uses crowdsourcing (a.k.a. smart mobbing) as its main method of data collection. The aim of the study is to discover the ways magazines can (and are) reinventing themselves. This study forms the practical project component of my graduate studies, as well provides a platform to compile research on the shifting landscape of magazines in the 21st century and how it’s shaping a new global medium.
